Kelly Simants

Kelly Simants, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a true passion for people. She is currently a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Nevada HR Team. Kelly provides HR consulting services to small-medium size organizations, and also guides candidates with resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and career coaching services. Prior to consulting, she was the Vice President of HR for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Director of HR for Starbucks, as well as various HR Generalist roles with Accenture, WatchGuard Technologies, and HomeStreet Bank.  Kelly obtained her B.A., Business Administration from the University of Washington, with concentrations in HR and Marketing.
